can cream of mushroom

small can mushrooms, drained

boneless, skinless chicken breasts/thighs, uncooked

cup slivered almonds
1. Mix together rice, seasoning
packet, soups & water. Stir in
mushrooms.
2. Pour in 8x8 freezer pan. Top with chicken & sprinkle with
almonds.
3. Double wrap with heavy foil,
label & freeze.
COOKING FROM FROZEN:
Thaw
& bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until chicken juices run clear
& rice is tender.
